My guest in this episode is Kwame Christian. Kwame is the Director of the American Negotiation Institute. In this role his responsibilities include conducting engaging negotiation and conflict management training seminars and providing individual negotiation/persuasion coaching for young professionals.

The American Negotiation Institute also produces the show “Negotiate Anything,” the top-ranked negotiation podcast on iTunes.

Although this new opportunity takes the majority of his time, he is still helping business owners negotiate better deals and form a firm legal foundation and helping families to solidify their legacies through solid estate planning.
