My guest in this episode Kelly Stumphauzer. Kelly is an investor, agent and owner of one of the largest turn key operations in the Cleveland market. She has been in real estate investing since 2002 where she has been active in buy and hold, flipping, turnkey, management, and commercial investments. With over 700 homes bought, renovated and sold in the Cleveland marketplace and now into additional marketplaces, she is the source for solid steady rates of return and ample inventory.
My guest in this episode is Matt DeBoth. Matt joined the US Marine Corps after high school and served for 8 years as a Force Recon Marine in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Matt got out of the service in 2011 and right before he got out he managed to get a 20 unit apartment building under contract while deployed in Afghanistan.
He started off house hacking, living in one of the units in his building and then he went into full swing flipping properties and buying rentals properties.
Currently, Matt owns 82 doors and he is in the process of closing on another 30 units.
