My guest in this episode is Keith Neumeyer. Keith has worked in the investment community since 1984. He began his career at a number of Canadian national brokerage firms. Keith moved on to work with several publicly traded companies in the resource and high technology sectors. His roles have included senior management positions and directorships responsible in areas of finance, business development, strategic planning and corporate restructuring.

My guest in this episode is Nick Bond. Unemployable by choice, Nick Bond, age 22, is a recent college graduate that is building his own real estate business rather than getting a job. Nick recently graduated from the University of Florida. While in college, his parents encouraged him to educate himself in the different aspects of real estate investing. This influenced him to not go the traditional route of going to college and getting a “job.” Instead, he has started flipping/investing in raw land, and bought a house to do a “house-hack.” He has also started a blog aimed at helping millennials become financially free.

My guest in this episode is Rachel Jensen. With a background in biology and Spanish, and an original intent of continuing onto Medical School, Rachel Jensen’s life took a 180 degree turn after her first medical mission trip to Nicaragua.

Rachel joined the ECI Development team in 2012, starting as the organization’s marketing intern at the administrative offices in Managua, Nicaragua.  At the end of her 3-month internship period, she had to make a decision between accepting a full-time position with ECI, or chasing her dreams in Panama with the US Peace Corps.  She ultimately chose ECI Development.  Originally from the suburbs of New York, Rachel now calls San Pedro, Belize home.

Today, Rachel is the Vice President of Sales & Marketing for ECI Development, a regional development company based throughout Latin America in Costa Rica, Belize, Panama and Nicaragua. From the ground up, she has built and grown the sales and marketing department at the Grand Baymen community. Due to her strong passion of connecting folks with international real estate that meets their goals, she was awarded Sales Person of the Year for 2014, 2015 and 2016. In addition, Rachel structured the Teak for Residency Program in both Panama and Nicaragua to assist those looking to pair up a residency with alternative options outside of their home countries.

My guest in this episode is Jeff Schechter. Jeff has had the entrepreneurial bug his entire life. He started his first business right out of college, and over the years been involved in numerous businesses ventures. His love for real estate investing began in the 1980’s when he rehabbed 5 of his own residences before the term “house-hacking” even existed. Since those early days of torn up kitchens and bathrooms, he’s bought and sold many properties and is an active investor to this day. In addition to investing, he operates a private consulting practice. He thrives on helping people realize their full potential…not just in business and investing, but in all aspects of life.
