My guest in this episode is Trevor Chapman. Trevor is one of the world’s leading digital strategists that builds enterprise value online. Trevor has been profiled by CNBC, Entrepreneur, The Huffington Post, Yahoo, Money.com, Inc., Complex Hustle, and many more as he has thrown traditional online marketing on its head with the largest disruption since pay-per-click was introduced.

Merging door-to-door brick and mortar strategy with the internet has brought results unheard of -- including an eight-figure offer from Clarke Capital in less than a year of business.  He is now sought to consult for brands who see him as one of the top digital strategists in America. He owns over a dozen of his own eCommerce sites.

Trevor started the Academy of Arbitrage... over 400 people have entered eCommerce in the last six months under his instruction. Many have made over a million in that time. Even more have made hundreds of thousands with zero prior experience building off of Trevor’s marketing method.

The vast majority earn more than the average yearly salary in America and have replaced their jobs. He also founded eCommCon.com -- the largest virtual summit in history. eCommCon is a free event for individuals interested in internet marketing. It is the largest event that has ever occurred in the industry.

Before becoming a real estate entrepreneur, KeePon Cashflow’s founder Billy Keels worked in the corporate world. In fact, he was one of the best “corporate soldiers” you’d ever want to meet.

During his corporate career Billy put his leadership and relationship-building skills to good use to help clients get to the root of issues that were holding them back from full success. Billy earned his stripes as a true problem-solver, a skill he carried into his new entrepreneurial life.

What made him popular with employers who sent him across the globe to meet with Fortune 500-level clients is the same thing that makes him popular with investors, buyers and sellers in real estate today… his skills in coming up with real solutions that work in the real world for real people!

Billy says that he was happy enough in his J.O.B., but something was missing. An emptiness and longing for a different life chewed on him, pulling him to what he knew he wanted to do more than anything else. Billy wanted to be an entrepreneur who brought two worlds together. He wanted to give individuals where he lives the chance to invest in properties on U.S. soil.

So he took steps and kept on the path to his goals. KeePon Cashflow is the result of his efforts.

Today Billy is an international real estate entrepreneur, problem-solver, author, coach and mentor. He sees opportunities where others often don’t in real estate.

No “overnight success,” Billy continues to work toward his vision and goals. Topmost on his list? Building a bridge between investors and buyers in Europe with sellers in the U.S.

A core purpose of Trace Mayer is to bring monetary sovereignty to individuals in order to protect and preserve their agency and freedom.

To further that purpose, he was the first popular blogger to step onto the battlefield of ideas and publicly recommend blockchain technology, Bitcoin, in its infancy with a market cap under $2m. Bitcoin is fulfilling its destiny, as he explained and predicted in 2010, and in December 2017 the Bitcoin market cap had massively swollen to over $305B.

To continue executing his purpose, Trace Mayer hosts the extremely popular Bitcoin Knowledge Podcast which includes interviews with the top people in the Bitcoin space.

My guest in this episode is Ace Chapman. A college dropout, Ace bought his first business at 19 with some savings from a summer job and caught the business buying bug. Over the last 16 years he has bought 40 businesses. Everything ranging from a Mortgage Company to a Clothing Retailer.

Right now he is seeing an explosion in the market for businesses under $2,000,000. Millions of Baby Boomer business owners will bring their business to market in the next decade so they can retire. At the same time, many entrepreneurs are realizing the risks associated with starting from scratch and are deciding to buy an existing profitable business instead.

Ace helps entrepreneurs understand how and when to sell their business. He also works with first time business buyers to help them find, do due diligence, and finance small business acquisitions.

Have you ever wondered why the CPI, GDP and employment numbers run counter to your personal and business experiences? The problem lies in biased and often-manipulated government reporting.

His economic consultancy is called Shadow Government Statistics (www.ShadowStats.com). His early work in economic reporting led to front-page stories in The New York Times and Investor's Business Daily. He received a bachelor's degree in economics, cum laude, from Dartmouth College in 1971, and was awarded a master's degree in business administration from Dartmouth's Amos Tuck School of Business Administration in 1972, where he was named an Edward Tuck Scholar.

I had the honor to join Daniel Ameduri on his fantastic show, Future Money Trends to discuss Strategies for growing and compounding wealth. I have been a big fan of his show for years and to connect with Daniel and be interviewed on his show was a great privilege.

I discussed a wealth formula and blueprint used by Wall Street, Banking, and Financial Institutions, Corporations, Family Offices, and Endowments.

One of the vehicles used by institutional investors is life settlements and many people are not aware that there is a way for accredited investors to now also invest in this asset class like the institutional investors. If you are interested in more information and an informational webinar of how you can invest in life settlement investments, you can reach out to me at info@cashflowninja.com.
