In today’s show we have a very special guest, Mr. Nelson Nash. Mr. Nash is the discoverer and developer of The Infinite Banking Concept™ and the author of Becoming Your Own Banker. Nash remains a popular teacher and lecturer on the Infinite Banking Concept™ through dividend-paying whole life insurance. A native of Georgia, Nash received a B.S. Degree in Forestry from the University of Georgia, 1952. From 1954-1963, Nash worked as a Consulting Forester in eastern North Carolina. During more than 35 years experience as a Life Insurance Agent, Nash worked with The Equitable Life Assurance Society of the U.S. and with The Guardian. Recognized for his high achievements, Nash was inducted as a Hall of Fame Member by Equitable, a Chartered Life Underwriter, and Life Member of the Million Dollar Round Table. A pilot for 60 years, Nash flew with the Army National Guard, and earned Master Aviator Wings during his 30 years of military service. In today’s episode, I am going to look at the lessons we can learn from the financial literature classic, George S. Clayson’s, The Richest Man in Babylon. In 1926, George S. Clason published a series of pamphlets written in parables that was set in the ancient city of Babylon. The book became known as The Richest Man in Babylon and has become a classic in financial literature. This is one of the books that have had a profound impact on me personally and one of the foundational educational resources for anyone that wants to increase their financial IQ and build wealth.

In today's Wisdom Wednesday episode, I discuss how we can navigate our uncertain environment and the manage the unknown and known variables and factors affecting our environment. I look at how we can limit and reduce the impact of unknown and uncontrollable variables. In exerting more control over our environment I start with discussing ourselves as individuals, our families, our friends, and communities and then look at the local, state and federal governments, taxes, inflation, banking and financial institutions, corporations, market risk, and much, much more.
