My guest in this episode is Michael Pento. Michael is the president and founder of Pento Portfolio Strategies. He also produces the weekly podcast "The Mid-week Reality Check" and is the author of the book "The Coming Bond Market Collapse." Michael is a well-established specialist in the Austrian School of economics and a regular guest on CNBC, Bloomberg, FOX Business News and other national media outlets. His market analysis can also be read in most major financial publications, including the Wall Street Journal. He also acts as a Financial Columnist for Forbes, Contributor to thestreet.com and is a blogger at the Huffington Post. Prior to starting PPS, Michael served as a senior economist and vice president of the managed products division of another financial firm. There, he also led an external sales division that marketed their managed products to outside broker-dealers and registered investment advisors. My guest in this episode is Chris Harder. My guest in this episode is Kim Butler. As founder of Partners for Prosperity, LLC, Kim Butler has shunned common financial products such as stocks, bonds, savings accounts and CDs in favour of alternative investments, private lending, and creative life insurance strategies outside of the typical financial planning “box.” It’s all part of the Prosperity Economics Movement, a non-profit organization co-founded by Butler along with her husband, Todd Langford (a financial software developer who is always checking the math) which is spreading its “Wealth without Wall Street” mission to clients and other advisors alike. “People are looking for alternatives to a financial industry that they feel no longer serves them,” says Kim. “For decades, investment representatives have been financially rewarded for convincing clients to keep their money at risk. We’re programmed to tolerate volatility and believe that risk and reward are inseparable. We’ve limited our investment options, and we’ve forgotten rule #1: Never lose money!” Since bucking the system, Kim has been helping clients put formerly “lazy assets” to work, creating reliable cash flow and/or steady growth regardless of the mood of the market or current interest rates. Does it work?” you wonder. Actually, it always has. While colleagues and clients have enthusiastically endorsed Kim’s methods on LinkedIn, in Amazon.com book reviews, and in a 2017 California Business Journal article, Butler is quick to point out that the principles and strategies she recommends were used by the wealthy before the financial planning industry—which largely equates “investments” with “the stock market”—even existed. My guest in this episode is Hossein Kasmai. A world leader in the franchising business, Hossein Kasmai teaches others how to put this business-building strategy to work for them. Hossein has extensive experience in the field of franchising, founding many franchise concepts of his own including Guard-A-Kid, founded in 2005. The business quickly became the industry leader and a very successful franchise in the field of “children and family safety.” In only a few months after its initial franchise offering, Guard-A-Kid grew to over 35 franchises. My guest in this episode is Andrew Lanoie. Andrew is an expert at building teams and connecting people with opportunities. Formerly a Talent Agent at William Morris for 16 years, he represented some of the world’s biggest celebrities, including Tim Allen, Sheryl Crow, Barry Manilow, and Peter Frampton, to name a few. In 2009, Andrew began investing in the alternative asset class and acquired over 100 income producing assets in less than 48 months. During this timeframe, he discovered a massive gap in the market (and the opportunity) and chose to leave the agency to pursue the lucrative opportunities in the private investment sector. Due to his Andrew’s success, he was approached by business associates and friends who were interested in partnering with his companies. Upon counsel, he decided to form a private investment group to allow qualified investors to co-invest with his group. My guest in this episode is Daniel Ameduri. Daniel is Co-Founder of the Future Money Trends Letter, FMT Advisory, Wealth Research Group, and Portfolio Wealth Global. He is a self-made multi-millionaire, full-time fact finder, and a proud father of 3.

After warning family and friends in 2007 about the coming market and mortgage collapse, he started his own YouTube channel, VisionVictory, which has received 10 million video views. On March 18, 2008, Daniel called for Dow 8,000, the collapse of Lehman Brothers, AIG, and Washington Mutual. My guest in today's episode is Former Congressman, Dr.Ron Paul. Dr Ron Paul has been a champion of liberty, helping people to start questioning the role of government, how a free society function, the imperialistic foreign military adventures over the last two decades, and what money is and what it should be by exposing the true nature of the Federal Reserve. Some of my personal favourite moments in any politics have been watching Congressman Ron Paul grilling the Federal Reserve chairman Ben Bernanke and other banking cronies on Capitol Hill after the financial crisis. A twelve-term congressman from Texas, he has been the leading advocate of freedom in our nation's capital. He has devoted his political career to the defense of individual liberty, sound money, and a non-interventionist foreign policy. Judge Andrew Napolitano calls him "the Thomas Jefferson of our day." After serving as a flight surgeon in the U.S. Air Force in the 1960s, Dr. Paul moved to Texas to begin a civilian medical practice, delivering over four thousand babies in his career as an obstetrician. He served in Congress from 1976 to 1984, and again from 1996 to 2012. Ron Paul, the New York Post once wrote, is a politician who "cannot be bought by special interests." "There are few people in public life who, through thick and thin, rain or shine, stick to their principles," added a congressional colleague. "Ron Paul is one of those few." My returning guest in this episode is my friend Dave Zook. Dave is a successful business owner and experienced real estate investor active in the Multi-Family Apartment space and resort community development with real estate holdings in several states and several countries. Dave has purchased over $100 Million worth of real estate since 2009 and has over 2700 Multi-Family Apartments in his portfolio. Together with his business partner, Dave is a renowned and trusted professional resource in the automatic teller machine (ATM) investment market, they have deployed over $40 Million in investor capital and they are heavily invested personally in that space. Dave, along with his development partners is actively involved in the early stage planning and development of the largest resort community (Mahogany Bay Village) on the Island of Ambergris Caye, Belize, which has been rated the #1 Island in the world 2 years in a row by Trip Advisor and is one of the fastest growing regions in the Caribbean. Mahogany Bay Village is scheduled to open in the fall of 2017 as a Hilton resort.

My guests in this episode are Rick Allen and TJ Osterman from Paperstac. For over 10 years Rick Allen has been an active investor. As the Co-Founder and fund manager of Cloud Capital Management and the Co-Founder of Paperstac, he has conducted transactions with large A-list institutions. My guest today is John Carney. John is an active real estate investor and developer in the United States, Australia, and Indonesia. In 2010, John decided to start his own business after moving to Australia. John founded America Property Source to help Australians safely invest in US real estate. A published author and keynote speaker, John’s book, Real Estate is a Team Sport - The Nine Players You Need to Profit, outlines the steps to become a smarter, more profitable property investor in any real estate market. John also hosts the podcast “The Real Estate Locker Room Show,” where real estate investors and entrepreneurs share their strategy for success. Growing up in Cleveland Ohio, John learned a lot about commercial real estate development and investing from his family. My guest in this episode is Amy Wan. Amy is Founder & CEO of Bootstrap Legal, which automates the drafting of legal paperwork for real estate private equity, syndication, and crowdfunding deals. Previously, she was a Partner at Crowdfunding Lawyers and General Counsel at Patch of Land, a real estate debt crowdfunding platform. Amy is also the founder and co-organizer of Legal Hackers LA, which programs around the intersection of law and technology. Amy was named one of the one of ten women to watch in legal technology by the American Bar Association Journal in 2014 and was nominated as a Finalist for the Corporate Counsel of the Year Award 2015 by LA Business Journal.

Amy has also worked in international regulatory and trade policy at the U.S. Department of Commerce, and was a Presidential Management Fellow at the U.S. Department of State and U.S. Department of Transportation.

My guest in this episode is Lee Lowell. Lee has been trading stock & commodity options for 26 years. He began his option trading career in 1991 on the floor of the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) in New York City in both the Crude Oil and Natural Gas options and futures pits as a local/market-maker for both a small firm and then his own company. He continued to trade off-floor in 1998 from the beautiful island of Kaua'i where he combined his exchange floor knowledge with the new frontier of computerized internet trading. Specializing in both stock and commodity options, he began his successful flagship put-option selling newsletter - The Instant Money Trader - in 2008 during the throes of one of the worst economic recessions since the Great Depression. Since ending in the summer of 2016, The Instant Money Trader newsletter racked up an impressive 95% win rate in its almost eight-year existence. Lee is also a best-selling author. His book, "Get Rich With Options", still remains on Amazon's best-seller list ten years after its release.
