My guest in this episode is Jordan Harbinger. Jordan, once referred to as “The Larry King of podcasting,” is a Wall Street lawyer turned talk show host, social dynamics expert, and entrepreneur.

After hosting a top 50 iTunes podcast for over a decade that enjoyed nearly five million downloads a month at its zenith, Jordan has embarked on a new adventure: The Jordan Harbinger Show, where he deconstructs the playbooks of the most successful people on earth and shares their strategies, perspectives, and insights with the rest of us. Jordan’s business sense, extensive knowledge of the industry, and contemporary approach to teaching make him one of the best and most sought-after coaches in the world.

Jordan Harbinger has always had an affinity for social influence, interpersonal dynamics, and social engineering, helping private companies test the security of their communications systems and working with law enforcement agencies before he was even old enough to drive.

Jordan spent several years abroad in Europe and the developing world, including South America, Eastern Europe, and the Middle East, and he speaks five languages. He has also worked for various governments and NGOs overseas, traveled through war zones, and been kidnapped — twice. He’ll tell you the only reason he’s still alive and kicking is because of his ability to talk his way into (and out of) just about any type of situation.

My guest in this episode is Josh Cary. Josh spent 40 years in hiding! That’s right. He was hiding every aspect of himself and showing up with a ‘mask’ on in all areas of life trying to gain the approval of everyone else.

At 19, he changed his name and entered into, what would become, a 15-year career as a professional actor and filmmaker. The applause and external accolades didn’t completely heal his feelings of anxiety and insecurities and he found himself more isolated than ever.

Today, Josh is the co-founder of PodMAX (an On Air Brands company), a podcast production and media company that provides training and events catered to entrepreneurs who have a meaningful message to share.

Josh is also an accomplished podcast host of two shows with over 200 combined episodes and he’s a business coach to entrepreneurs who are ready, willing, and able to say “F That NOISE!”

“F That NOISE” in their head that’s been acting as the comfortable excuse for remaining where they are.

As a digital media and creative consultant, Josh has the uncanny ability to bring the human side out of each person. Whether it’s as a guest on his show or working directly together, you quickly feel consumed by his unique natural energy, bright outlook and creative mind.

Josh is a proud father and credits his adoring two young children with helping him to turn things around and embrace the mortality of life.

My guest in this episode is Albert Preciado. Albert is the Founder and CEO of The Mortgage Guys, Ambiance Realty and Driven Enterprises. Albert is also a Real Estate Investor. In 2013 Albert bought a 3 unit property and like everything else Albert does he went all in and acquired as many multi-units as possible. This would end up being a Life Changer. Albert’s original company was The Mortgage Guy and after mentorship sessions the company’s name changed to The Mortgage Guys.

This was another Life Changer. Albert has been in the mortgage industry since 2005, he is a licensed Broker and Mortgage Originator. Albert went through the toughest times of his life in 2008 when we had a market recession and Mortgage Meltdown but decided to weather the storm and not quit the industry he believed in. The reason why Albert started a mortgage company was because of the pain endured by his parents and himself when they got turned down for a mortgage time after time in the early 90s.

Albert always had a dream; to have a house with a big yard and a dog since he was a kid, and it never happened because of unprofessional Real Estate and Mortgage Agents. Looking back, Albert realized how his parents did qualify for a home loan but due to the incompetence of the Real Estate and Mortgage Agents helping at the time, nothing ever happened. Albert committed to start a Mortgage Company from scratch and create a company that will help humble families make their American Dream a reality. Albert’s life wasn’t always perfect and his mid 20s were full of costly mistakes that could have costed him his life.

After many mistakes that led to DUI’s, almost death situations and losing everything in the 2008 Mortgage Meltdown and becoming homeless, Albert turned his life around in 2013 when he committed to self improvement and cutting the bullshit from his life one at a time. Today Albert lives his Dream Life with his wife Silvia, his daughter Italia and soon to be born Berlin in the city of Beverly Hills. And finally I want to share all the untold stories of everything I went through in life and how I got to where I am today.
