She has been in real estate investing since 2002 where she has been active in buy and hold, flipping, turnkey, management, and commercial investments. My guest in this episode is Matt DeBoth. Matt joined the US Marine Corps after high school and served for 8 years as a Force Recon Marine in Iraq and Afghanistan.
Matt got out of the service in 2011 and right before he got out he managed to get a 20 unit apartment building under contract while deployed in Afghanistan.
He started off house hacking, living in one of the units in his building and then he went into full swing flipping properties and buying rentals properties.
