My guest today is Keith Weinhold. Keith is the Founder of Get Rich Education to teach others about the life-altering power of investing, especially through real estate.
He hosts of one of America’s top investing podcasts - Get Rich Education - with 35,000 monthly listens in 174 world nations. He’s heard everywhere from iTunes to iHeartRadio, and regularly hosts well-known guests like Robert Kiyosaki and Harry Dent.Keith is an active Contributing Writer to Robert Kiyosaki’s Rich Dad Advisors himself. How did it all start? In 2002, when it was time to purchase his first home, Keith transformed from a rent-paying tenant into a real estate investor overnight. He bought an Anchorage, Alaska four-plex building, living in one unit while renting out the other three.Today, Keith actively invests in income property both nationally and internationally. Starting his mentorships informally with a whiteboard and easel in his dining room, Keith inspires by helping students answer their “compelling why” today.Keith’s mindset and investing philosophy can be summarized in the Rich Dad quote, “Don’t live below your means. Expand your means.”
